Top 5 Tips for Losing Weight Naturally
Many of you may be battling with some unwanted pounds. Here are my Top 5 Tips for Losing Weight Naturally:
1. Begin with the end in mind. Determine your time period to lose your unwanted pounds, say 8 weeks. Determine your goals, say 10 pounds. Write your goals down and put them in a place that you will see them many times a day, say your bathroom mirror. Tell your goals to someone who will keep you accountable daily, preferably someone who is not a family member and someone with a similar goal. Resolve to keep your promise to yourself, no matter what. Track your progress. Talk to yourself often with daily affirmations, for example, “I am getting thinner everyday!”
2. Exercise at least 10 minutes vigorously before breakfast and again after dinner. This jump starts your metabolism and keeps your fat-burning system working all day and night. Tell your buddy everyday that you’ve done this step!
3. Eat 4 raw, organic veggies a day. This is a must. Raw vegetables have the enzymes powerful enough to curb our appetite, give us a satisfied feeling, and are packed with nutrients!! Eat 4 a day and watch your appetite dwindle!
