Eat Your Veggies! 

Today, I’d like to remind you to eat your vegetables.  Loaded with anti-oxidants, vitamins, fiber, and natural appetite-controlling enzymes, you can’t afford to eat less than 4 cups of raw veggies a day. 

I cut up a batch of organic carrots, green beans, peppers, cauliflower every 2-3 days and store them in the frig for when I need a quick bite to eat. 

I also have lots of natural hummus or non-fat ranch dressing for quick dipping. 

Try substituting those fries with a salad; or substitute that white rice with raw, organic green peppers. 

Trust me, you won’t go hungry and your body will love you for it!
